Father has ordered me not to go on the trip. If Mandy had just signed the permission form herself instead of insisting that father should see it... It'd be cheering to have someone else who knew, then they could have told me not to read it. I can't even replicate Father's hand to say I can go...and if Mother was alive, this wouldn't be a problem at all. On today of all days...

But I'll just spend that time studying spells. If someone was able to undo the curse for a few days, then it must be possible! I hope the rest of you have a nice trip, some quiet in the dorms will be nice for a change.
