City Outting
Mr. Gross invited Mal and I to this poetry reading where his wife's photography was being displayed. It was across from Shea's so we decided to go. My sister lives in the city so she took us down and we strolled down Elmwood beforehand. I bought an album, insane knee highs, a Bob Neuwirth cd for mal for a bargain of 2 dollars, n some apple snack things. Oh, and we got Mr.Gross a Bruce Springsteen postcard and wrote "you're forgiven" on the back. I felt pretty mean but it's Mr.Gross and he's awesome, so hopefully he knows that. His wife is very kind too and takes pretty cool photographs. There was a poofy haired lady reciting poetry and I really liked it, I don't know why but I took it very emotionally..it "touched me" i guess is what you'd say. I want her book but I can't remember her name. I'll see if Gross remembers. Well that was an enjoyable outting.
