Supernatural Season 6 Finale

I'm not sure what to say. I didn't hate it, but calling it a dissapointment is also an understatement.

I thought the Sam stuff was well done but I'd prefered it in a different episode, not cramming it into this one.

Poor Balthazar, he turned out to be a hilariously horrible liar. I knew he would bite it before the end, but making Castiel do the deed was unexpected. And I have no idea why he did it other than to show that he's really evil now. I'll miss him, he was fun. But yay for Crowley living to scheme another day! He's awesome. I loved it when he mocked Castiel with his own "Flee or die," ultimatum. Turnaround is fairplay, even if it was short lived. Come to think of it, all of the Castiel/Crowley scenes were gold.

Oh, Castiel, what have you become? Dean sure seemed genuenly scared of him in the last scene. Not that I blame him. I wasn't too suprised at the ending (I held some small hope after Crowley teamed up with Raphael, but that was not to be.) but the 'bow before me or be destoyed,' speech was stretching it. Seemed way out of character with no hint of the previously shown conflictions. So I guess that leaves us with Big Bad Cas for next season? I don't know how I feel about that.

Oh well, exit satge Crowley.
