Revisit of a thought, and some expansion

So, as I mentioned over a month ago, Rick is, or at least was, trying to work on a project that got lost to all the hectic-ness which is life.

However, I would like to re-propose the command room idea, along with suggesting, if the mods allow, it becoming a plot of it's own, be it officially or unofficially. This way it would allow for more people to work on it, and be assigned tasks, etc.

So, thoughts, ideas, etc. post below.
