Inch by Inch
Hey there,
Sorry if we have to take things slowly; I know you already assured me that you're serious. But with everything I've been through, I just want to make sure that we're on the same page with our expectations.
We have a rather different definition of being in a relationship. Mine's a bit conservative, and yours is well.. playing on the modern. I appreciate you waiting and allowing me to know you better first. I don't want to rush things.
But hey, thank you for everything so far. I'm enjoying your company, your humor, your wit, and the fact that we have common interests. I'm bracing myself as I might see some flaws soon, but no one's perfect. And if it does come to the time that I'll be able to reciprocate your feelings with the same intensity that you're showing right now, I'm ready to accept it all.
