For a dude of my usual demeanor, it sometimes surprises me how far I will go to totally fuck someone who fucks with me.

It doesn't happen often and it takes a lot for me to really feel that someone has unequivocally screwed me. When it does however, I'm pretty relentless.

So the deal here is I got a bad tooth. Possible root canal. I went in for an x-ray ($75 out of pocket) a month ago. I still have not been able to schedule the work because apparently, my x-ray doesn't exist!

I of course never got the phone call yesterday regarding a refund, so I called again today. I was told the billing lady had been trying to call me and was awaiting my call. Please hold. Voicemail, left message, nothing 3 hours later.

I'm obviously not expecting a callback as it seems everyone there is as confused about this as I am. I've worked these peoples jobs before and know dealing with this sort of situation sucks. Catch being, they are a medical establishment. Different sorts of rules apply. Not saying I will die if this isn't remedied, but I could develop an infection which could make me extremely ill.

So I'm on a mission. I want to figure out as many ways humanly possible that I can stick it back to this place and I need your help.

Does the better business bureau handle healthcare organizations or is there a different group that oversees medical establishments? I believe there is probably some funding coming from the community for this center. In other words, people who are smarter than me on this issue, PLEASE give me some official channels to work through.

It may only be $75, but that's a weeks worth of lunch and a six pack. I can't let this place operate the way they are when they are supposed to be there to help.
