V-Day

valentine's day is the bastardization of love - damn corporate america. everyday should be valentine's day! I LOVE YOU ALL!

i look back at school today and remember yearbook. it;s really irritating because very few people are actually pulling their weight, and those who are make careless mistakes, etc. leaving me with many, many, silly corrections. anyways, thanks to jon, the deadline has been meet! 48 pages to go!

we had team dinner at cath's tonight after practice. she is soooo awesome! really cares about the team, as i think i stated in my previous journals. her apartment is ADORABLE!!! the walls are so creatively painted and she lives in the attic of this house that has been converted into different apartements. anyways, we made salad, pasta, bread and she made cookies and we watched the snowboarding which rocked (US swept and they are SO hot;) heehee) it was just really relaxing and most of the team was there which is awesome. we all bonded. i will definitely kit with her after the season!

mike has started imming me again. that's a long long long story of two new years' ago that i shall not explore at this moment. let's just say it ended in awkwardness and tears. looks like he got things together though, which i'm really pleased to hear! and there's no weirdness, which is even better! i love how we all grow, and, with the help of time, leave (most) unpleasant memories forgiven in the past. obviously this doesn;'t work for everything, but it does here. live and learn.

i think as much as i hate walking the tightrope, balancing on that fine line...i enjoy the dance. emotions are overwhelming.
