Flash-fiction prompt call now open! (#14)
Name of Service: QuickFic Session #14
Description of Service: Reply to this page (no registration required) and leave me a prompt, citing one of my prior stories or settings which you would like me to do more with. In return, I give you about 1000 freshly-written words (950-1200 to be specific) inspired by that prompt. (This number might go up; see the "Tipping" section.) 1425-1800 words on that prompt. Examples of my writing can be found from that page; any existing story is fair game, as is any category which is an actual setting (the "one-shot" category is a catch-all that doesn't count).
Who is Elgible: Anyone. General guidelines are here.
Date/Time Window: Already open, until 8 PM ADT (or shortly after it) on the June, unless I get swamped in which case I may close early. I will try to keep sessions open as much as I can, so even this one may wind up being extended; I will attempt to launh a new session at the end of each month if all goes well.
Tipping? Optional. Incentives mainly include extra word blocks (~1000 more words if you make any donation at all, as well as another block of ~500 per $5 CAD), and include some collective-total bonus words as well (update: these have all been met). Thanks to donations already received, the base amount is already double triple normal. Another $10 in total donations will give another 500ish words to all prompters, even those whose writing I may have already completed by that time!
