The Boyfriend and I are going on vacation for three days as part of the Christmas present I asked for. (Note: I said I wanted a roadtrip for Christmas.)
He has promised me sledding, shopping, and poker strategizing.
I have promised to give him his Christmas present which I have been bragging about to him endlessly for nearly five days now, including telling him how awesome I was over the phone last night.
The BF: You've really talked this up, you know.
Missy: [putting finishing touches on it] Wow! That looks awesome. I'm totally awesome. This is the coolest gift ever. Only one more day and you finally get to know what it is!
I'm a douche, but I've got the Christmas spirit. Cross your fingers that we don't burn the place down--it's got a fireplace in the room!
