here Dracula eyed the woman for a long silent moment.
Hansel bared his fangs at her. "Answer him!" he insisted.
"I don't know what you mean, I told you everything!" She exclaimed. "You'll let me go now, will you?"
Dracula closed his eyes. "You didn't put up more then a token resistance, I would not trust a traitor like you. You will stay here with your new pack."
The boy turned away. He couldn't do anything to help her even if he'd wanted to, and he didn't necessarily want to know what the wolves would do with her.
With that, he walked away, letting her cry out behind him.
Hansel stayed close to Dracula. He wasn't comfortable down there.
Dracula lead him out of this dark, more feral region and back to the garden.
"Was any of what she said true?"
"She didn't show any signs of lying," The vampire answer. "But with how quickly she caved even for an amateur hunter, I wonder if she thought herself clever and had some scheme in mind."
The fledgling nodded, brushing his hand absently across a couple plants.
"I do not look kindly upon traitors."
Hansel paused, looking down. Neither did Weiss. What did his teammates think? Did they believe him dead, or was he a traitor to Kritiker, with instructions to bring him in, dead or alive?
Dracula noticed the expression. "I will have to get myself familiar with what the Graves are up to."
The distraction helped. "Can I help?"
"Thank you child, I am an amateur in tracking anyone electronically, and they will take advantage of that."
"If you can get me a computer and an internet connection, I can find anything."
"Very well, I shall arrange for it."
Hansel beamed. "Thank you!"
He sat down on a bench, weighing his options. "Will you need anything else?"
