I have no flippin idea

It's been happening more and more lately, the more I disappear.

"So what's your secret. Any tips?"

Err... No, not really.

Work out more and eat less doesn't really seem to be the answer people want to hear, but it's the only one I have. I've never followed a diet, or used a meal replacement, or had surgery! No personal trainers, no magic gym schedules.

It's taken me 2.5 years to lose 56 kilos. There is no magic secret.

I've only just started to limit my carb intake, since it's gotten tougher to shed the last few kilos. Makes sense, my body is getting used to everything I've done, so I had to do something new.

Anyway, the way I see it, and why magic weightloss solutions never work for everyone, is that everyone's body is different. We all have different metabolisms, and different kryptonite. What has worked for me will not necessarily work for you. I have no secret!

And another thing. People ask to work out with me now, which I find strange. Well not the asking, but the group workout thing. I don't get it. Working out is done on your own, with loud music in your headphones, in daggy sweaty work out gear. It is not a social occasion! I really enjoy working out. I enjoy the process and the results. I don't need motivation or distraction or whatever people are looking for.

So when I lose 4 more kilos and hit my goal weight I won't be stopping working out. I may reduce how much, but not giving it up completely. It makes me too happy.
