Do you change in your dreams?

I do it all the time. I can look different, be a different person, even a different gender. I always have. Particularly when I was younger and still trying to work out the liking girls in 'that' way thing. I was in denial, but every night in my dreams I was a man seducing, shagging, loving all manner of woman. The more I came to accept that side of me the less I had those dreams, but I still have them. The other night I dreamt that I was built like Huon, and there was the gorgeous little naked blonde chained by a dog collar to the kitchen floor. And....well....it was very VERY hot.

They're not always good. I've been a bit of a lazy pants the last couple of weeks, and last night I dreamt that I was too fat to walk properly. It was horrible, and frightening. It's my brain prodding me to stop being lazy, and very effective.

So do you change who you are in your dreams? Is it random or do you come back to common themes?
