Yesterday was a bit of a loss from seediness, I pottered, but wasn't really effective. We decided to stay in, we're trying to only have one big one a week, for saving of health and funds. More funds than anything. So we watched as much footy as we could bare without crying, and went to bed nice and early.
Thus we were up bright and early on what turned out to be the most glorious day. Oh my sunshine and warmth and yay! We went for a quick trip the church (ie bunnings) before coming home to unpack and sort and tidy and organise. We now have a patio to sit in and a spare bedroom for people to sleep in.
My frame of mind has been all over the shop lately. I'm angry a lot. My grip on me hasn't been quite as firm as I would like it to be. Need to have a good hard look at what the fuck is going inside my head and tell it to behave itself. Everything is going peachy, I should be relaxed and content, instead I'm a restless Lionness, pacing in my enclosure, and snarling at anyone who gets too close. No one likes a snarly Lion.
Anyhoo, I have a leg of lamb cooking away in the oven, with potatos baking away underneath. All is well with the world. Really.
