Cooked some beer can chicken last night. Oh so good. Meat so tender, skin so crispy! I want to experiment with different rubs for the fella. I want something salty to really compliment the beer. Huey filled up on the steamed vegies I prepared him so there were lots of left overs for sandwiches today. Yay!
After dinner I had a long boiling hot shower. I steamed when I got out. I'm fairly serious about my water conservation. We just got our water bill and we've halved it since this time last year. But my showers I will not compromise.
Since I was all pink and warm and nekid I jumped straight under a doona on the couch to watch Torchwood. It's amusing me so far, I wonder if it has legs.
It's a tuesday, I have my hot chocolate and lots to do. Better get to it.
