Oh MAN, you had Arthur/Gwen unable to conceive, and then killed off LANCELOT. :( And then killed half the Round Table (though THANK YOU for saving Leon, 'cause that might've killed me completely), and THEN had a warm/squishy Morgana/Morgause moment, and more A/G CUTENESS. My heart is all confused at the 180s this chapter kept doing, LOL.
Also:
She did not miss the shadow which passed behind his easy expression then, and her stomach turned cold and dropped. But they would not speak of it now. A few hours of ease would not do any damage; the benefits far greater than any possible damage caused by delay.

^ I confess I was a bit confused by this passage: does this have anything to do with the war coming?
AAAAHHH AND THEN THE "FALLEN" NOTE = O.O O.O O.O I think I cried a river the moment I read they were at Camlann, and upgraded to oceans by the time Gwen's grief sunk in.
AAAAHHH AND THEN THE MERLIN/MORGANA BATTLE, WHERE MORGANA IS COMPLETELY BLIND TO MORDRED'S TRUE NATURE, THAT I HAD TO CHEER WHEN SHE FINALLY DIED. GRRR ARRRRGH. :P And that final image of Merlin crying over desensitized!Gwen = OH! MY HEART.
::last part next? GAAAAHHHH::

loooooooool I never quite realised how dark this part was until you illustrated it as such :P

Yes: Arthur was negotiating with Morgana and her people, if he returned, and was not in high spirits, then the negotiations went poorly or failed. Or, that's basically Gwen's read. And she was right.

Thanks for this comment! It's a treat to read something so enthused, even if ... it's quite mourning as well haha
