At last. Shower pump installed, back sore now but shower actually works with a decent pressure instead of a useless pissy little stream. Before it took about five minutes just to get wet enough to soap. Now - mmmmmmmmmmshowermmmmmmmm and so on. Only one moment of 'ofuckitsleakingloadsofukfufufufufufuufaaaarghhelpbowlsmugspotspansanythingaaaargh' but one of those is *quite* enough thankyouverymuch.
Doctor Pete came over today and gave me the Anchorman DVD, very nice of him indeed; I shall watch with glee (pint of glee, please barman) and then go and enjoy the fruits of my day's labour.
In other news - she said it'd be nice to see me more often, she said she'd call back, she hasn't called back. Damn. I've called once more, left a message, so that's it - any more and I'm in hassling territory where I have no desire to be whatsoever.
Yark. Oh well. Summer's coming and it's full of gigs and things, so there'll be no shortage of fun. Cash, no. Lovely girl in question, probably not. But plenty of fun nonetheless.
