SOOOOOO EEK! EEK AHH AhhhhhhhhMAZING!

^ we're going to hope those are all the crazy 'sounds' I need to write in my entry just now.

SO yesterday was school Christmas which I have to say I actually enjoy more so than really Christmas because I know what I'm getting from my family but I never know what i'm getting from my friends. I got really awesome stuff. From Kevin and Chase I got my religious readings and such, and from everyone else i got other really cool stuff. Thank you all. I think I did a good job this year getting people gifts that they both appreciate and enjoy. < Which makes me happy because seeing people open what I gave them and smile and know the smile is genuine is by far the best feeling ever!

School was just BLAH first period we worked on our Gov't project in Eickhoffs... which was actually Katie and me trying to figure out where our seats were at the TSO concert. Math was boring as heck because we didn't do anything, which I guess I should be grateful for but it just made the day drag on so much longer. Band was about 500 rounds of 20 Questions as well as shooting Chase gift from Jim in the back room and playing with nicks bowling game from me. Art... Well I started on the project we were supposed to be working on but then Christmas excitedment took over so I made a Merry Christmas "card" and gave it to Mr Magee. School ended new traffic pattern equals problem. But we got out before the buses so we all managed to get home around 2:30 instead of 3:10 like some people.

My first "action" of Christmas break was to take a 20 min nap and then prepare for the TSO concert. I just don't know how to describe it what word to use. In fact on the ride home Katie and I were trying to create a "new" "word" to describe it and all we could think of ways plesant oooohs and ahhhhs. The entire evening was so wonderful. The ride in with Mr Cobb, Kevin, Katie, Jim, and Chase was so funny from 20 Q's guess a tank, grenade, and pistol(naw we aren't violent) to talking about random stuff and clapping games. I love riding the metro and that too was enjoyible. Then once getting to the Chinatown station riding the metro escaltors up to the China gate. It was so beautiful. Dinner(which was everyone from the car plus Mrs. Cobb and Alyssa) was delicious at some Tony Changs place and it was fun playing games with the guys who decided they were going to be gentlemen and stand up everytime a lady did and push our chairs in for us everytime we sat down. (that privledge can be abused when it's a buffet!!!) from there (at 7:10) It was a plesant walk to the MCI center. Then we split from the Cobb family and rode up the escalators to our seats (which altho high I throughly enjoyed) Got to see Meagan and chat with her (and Craig) the concert started like 5 min after we got there talk about perfect timing.

the event:
AHHHHHH it was soooo tight. I think (Chase me Katie Jim and Meagan) all got to hear our favorite TSO songs as well as got our share of time to be blinded by the FANNTASTIC light show they put on. It was just so memorible. Not to mention Chase. Ah I like that kid sooo much and he made the evening even more perfect. I'll spare you the details. I don't know what was my favorite part i'll highlight a few: the drum solo, the darker music from Beethovan's Last Night and the 2nd time they played Carole of the Bells (aka the last song).

The ride home was fun except that it was basically just me and Katie talking I think most other people were dead. Got back to the Cobbs and then I drove Chase and Jim home. We rocked out to Kirk Franklin. Gotta love Gospel music. I didn't really want to say good-bye to anyone but especially Chase since I know I wont be seeing anyone until at least next Saturday but probably until the 3rd.

Well I think I just wrote a book. And if you read that whole thing I congratulate you on having no life!

Merry CHRISTmas (don't let anyone tell you different) and remeber to be thankful for all that you have not just what you get.
