i am the largest idiot alive right now. Seriously. I am so incredibly and horribly dumb.

okay, so here's the scoop. Apparently, at some point during my flight search, I got the months confused on my ticket purchases to Hawaii. So instead of buying tickets from June 28th to July 14th, it was July 28th-August 14th.
I found this out because I couldn't sleep. So I was like "Hey, let's look at my cool ticket info." Thank you LORD! That I looked. Can you imagine me arriving at the gate with no ticket, save my July one.
Soooo, I scrambled and cancelled my ticket, costing me a tad bit of money. Had to call Orbitz and try and convince the lady on the phone I am the most pathetic individual out there and in need of desperate help. She found me a flight that leaves at 12:30 am on Monday w/ one stop in Chicago and one back at 10:30pm on the 13th for the return.
The ticket says I'm saving $10 bucks of each ticket for the flight. However, there was a $50 + $30 fee for each ticket and some large other fee. So I believe it's costing me $800ish more. Which sucks forever much.
Oh, but I do well under pressure, so I actually found this quite amusing. It's only 2 extra months worth of work to pay off my mistake. Pshhh!
