They Won't Let It Be...They Think It Should Be Done With Reality!!
Well another beautiful Temple day!! I spend most of my Wednesday's at my Buddhist Temple and it makes me feel real good!!We are having a one hour meditation and then a break for a half-hour then we are having a class on "The Samyutta Nikaya" The text is so beautiful and it really is a path very few people would take(Because it is against the stream) but it is the most worth while path...I hope I can do it, you a have to be strong and fearless and stay awake, while practically everything is trying to put you to sleep!!These Wednesday's go very quickly!! We had about "9" curries and that is too much, I swore to one of the monks that we would have "4" next week or the week after as someone is bringing a Dana (A Giving,meal) next week!! A wash of peace comes over me on these Temple days!!
Now I am home...writing in my LJ. and I still can't believe that I am writing a diary...I have never had the desire to do this before...and here it is!! My feelings are on an even-plane tonight!! All is well in my world, boy do I feel sorry for everyone in Iraq though... this life is so short, why not enjoy this precious time that we have here...It is sad and such a waste!!
