Living In Apartments!!
I was discussing with a friend tonight the trials and tribulations of living in apartments!! Somehow when they build apartments, they don't put enough of a buffer in between the the ceilings and the floors, and when some one has pretty hardwood floors and they like the wood floors (and they don't want to get carpets), the tenant downstairs from the upper floor has to pay the sonic price!! Which is my dilemma here!! I am moving out of this beautiful apartment next month for sonic reasons!! Also there is a highway in the back and a major blvd. in the front (with an inter-section...& traffic light) What was I thinking... when I moved in here!!?? I don't know...the apartment itself is really beautiful and spacious 3 bedrooms and 2 beautifully newly tiled bathrooms...but the noise factor is just a BIG issue!!
So....I am very happy to be looking for my new home!! It will be the 2nd. floor in a house (In a quiet neighborhood) and I will put very heavy padding and carpeting down and I will be able to have the breeze come in from many windows and quiet at most times and IT WILL BE A "SWEET HOME"!! I just have to wait out this month and next month & in May I will be a Happy Camper, A lot of mistakes we're made last year by me and that is allright... now I am going to rectify a few of them and that makes me very happy!! So Diary, this issue of my blog has been apartment or home related and I am glad that I have had a space (You Old blog) to place these thoughts about my living condition and as says Baba Rum Raisin... "The Future Is Friendly"
