So I'm curious on how everyone feels on our current situation in the war on terror.
Answer these questions:
Should we be on the offensive or defensive (should we be in Iraq)?
Are we winning the war?
Is it possible to with the war?
Some facts to ponder.
The recent barrage of terrorist attacks abroad.
No attacks on us soil.
over 1500 dead US soldiers, plus 5000+ wounded
Citezens more alert for futere attacks/ or afraid of future attacks (the goal of terroism)
Saddam was captured.
Many Al queda members detained.
Al Zaquari and Bin Laden still at large.
New crop of terroists being bred in unstable Iraq.
Seeds of democracy in Iraq and Afganistan.
High tension with Muslim community.
Patriot act.
and so on.
