Ease of use:5
It wasn't really any harder to use than 3 column, but I would really like to know what the differences between .body, .bodyl, .bodyns, and .bodynsl are supposed to be. I couldn't figure out why some entries were coded as one or the other and ended up just making them all the same in the style sheet.

Customization:4
I liked that there was a text based page title in the header, but not much else. The lack of IDs for the DIVs was inexcusable. Likewise, too many things were hard-coded into the page in a way that made them virtually impossible to change.

Do it again? Probably not

I agree with you on all accounts. I didn't understand what many of the classes stood for. I figured out .bodyns accidentally: "body no subject."

i wanted there to be ids and classes where there weren't any. it was a pain in the ass to try to position things and i'm still not completely satisified. I ended up not editing some of the css classes because i couldn't figure out what they controlled. I was expecting there to be a container for some things when i designed it so i had to steal your html and body trick to get the background to line up. :\

ease of use: 6

customization: 4 for icky... but better than 3col. i was going to enter last week with a 3col layout but i got mad when i couldn't move the sidebar boxes individually. XD

use again: you'd have to kill me first

"use again: you'd have to kill me first" LOL!!! My thought after I had finished my own layout. 3 Col you can move the sidebars individually. They have their own ID's: #leftbar and #rightbar.

i got the leftbar rightbar thing... i wanted to move the navigation up along the top without taking the link list with it. lol - maybe that's possible but i didn't have the brain power to figure it out. :p

No, I don't think it is. I may have had the same thought. That's part of the negative in the review: "can't target specific sidebar boxes"

Easy to work with: 5
It wasn't particullairy hard to work with, but there were a lot of classes I didn't figure out the use of. Like someone above mentioned, what is the difference between .body, .bodyl, .bodyns, and .bodynsl. And I missed a lot of classes (like the banner class carrie mentioned). If carrie hadn't figured out the html-body use, I'm not sure my layout would have looked anything like it does now.
In short, I agree with everything carrie said, so no point for me to repeat. ^_^

I don't think I will ever use it again :/. I like the result I got, but it definatly is a one off.

There isn't a banner class, what I said was I wish there was.

Easy to work with: 5

At first it was a little hard to work with, and like everyone else, I had to steal the html idea from carrie. That help tremendously. The main problem I was having was with alignment. If I align something then something else got out of place. LOL. Also I encounter the same problem as many of you with not knowing what certain classes were for.

Don't think I will work with it again. LOL.

You figure out bodyns?

bodyns was "body no subject". You could change the entries based on weather or not there was a subject defined.

Is there some way to make the background image fixed using this layout?

Thanks...
