House Shopping Sucks
Hey All,
So we're supposed to close on Monday, and the realtor of the dumb couple we're supposed to buy the house from, tells my realtor today, they don't know if they will be able to and may need some time. My realtor told her, that this is not a game and she better tell her clients to tell us a def. date today. I love my realtor; she's awesome. Well, I call my lawyer to tell him this news, and speak to the secretary (she handles all the stuff and is good). Before I can say anything, she says "I spoke to their lawyer yesterday and closing is set for 4pm Monday." I tell her the news and she's calling their lawyer as I write. So, we have good people working on our side, but this really stinks because those morons need to communicate with their lawyer and they don't. They just decide things and don't inform him. I better not be in my parents' house much past Monday. I'm so angry right now. People shouldn't screw you around! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
