Cadets
I guess you can only slip through the cracks for so long.
About eight months ago I was accepted into the Cadet program for the Phoenix Fire Depertment. It's a great program. I was having a blast and learning a lot. And doing pretty well I think.
Well.. I got a call sunday evening to inform me that I have too many points on my license to participate in the program. They just missed that when reviewing my application the first time. Until a few points drop off my record I'm out of Cadets.
Turning in my gear was difficult, and sad..
