I'm starting to really give up on some people. I hate when people change. I hate when they do it in a matter of a couple months. The young sweet kid you grew up with? Yeah, not the same at all anymore. But whatever. C'est la vie.

This week has been a hell week. As you guys already know about Monday. Tuesday came, and I started baking my cakes and started to slip on the tile floor. There's a leak in the soffet. Fantastic. I learned how to rip a wall apart. The things you learn when you are working in a bakery. Wednesday, I worked at the other place. Wasnt' too bad. Thursday? Went into the shop early, baked 108 cakes beings I was cut short on Tuesday, and then put in a couple hours for the second job. Then Friday, I took off from the shop. God knows I dind't want to see that place, and worked at job number 2. Tried to put in a few extra hours, but the printers were taken while they were running reports, so I couldn't print out my medicare secondary EOBs. So I called it a day.

Then starts the part that makes the week worth it. Waited for Mariah to get done work, then headed out to the Goo Goo Dolls and Counting Crows show. We missed the opening act, but I think he would have put me to sleep if we had been there right when he went on. I forgot how great Johnny Resnick is. He's a regular comedian. I will prevent the terrorists from winning by purchasing their CD *nods*. NO really, I will. lol. And some woman threw her bra at him... Nothing can make you smile more than that. The Counting Crows were awesome. Opened with Anna Begins. Mr. Jones was the slower version, but thankfully I bought New Amsterdam, so I was prepared for that. It would have been better if the drunk older man that tried to steal our seats during the GGD wasn't eyeing me up the whole time. I asked if I could help him with something five times, but he just turned back to his wife. Whatever, probably wasn't his wife, probably his mistress.

Yesterday we had our annual BBQ. To everyone that made it, thank you. I appriciate it. It was nice having Tommy there again. But he only ate 3 burgers this year... :( Bryan and Lyndsay stopped by, which was nice because I don't get to see her ever, and I don't see him nearly enough. And Katelyn popped by for some grub. Shocked everyone that she knew what ambosia was, lol. And of course, Kristi drove down for it. Glad she got her key made by the hottie and got down here. It was a good time. Both Bryan and Kristi thanked me for invitiing them, saying they had a blast. I guess betting on which kid will get pushed off balance on top of the hill and fall into the pond is kind of fun... lol. Little Jimmy came the clostest, within a foot of the water. It's a shame when the kids have scullets, lol. Other than that, I got to see a lot of my family.... and adopted family. Grace's kids and grandkids are basically family. We grew up around them, and have watched the kids grow up. The best part of the day was definately Grace yelling at the kids. Everyone stopped and looked at her because she did it all the way across the pond. AND LOUD. I think the kids knew she meant business then.

Then of course, we get everything packed up, and came in... and there isn't any hot water. But Dad and I took care of that, and atleast when it happens and he isn't here, I know how to light the hot water heater now.

And that leaves me at this morning. Pancakes should be the staple of every sunday morning....
