well, american shafted me again
last tuesday the bulb that makes the glowly burnt out. so i called american. they told me that the repairman would be here friday to fix it. well, he shows up with NO SPARE PARTS!!! he tells me that, at the earliest, he will be here tuesday with the bulb. derp. but he says i can call this nifty number at mitsubishi and they will send me a new bulb. well i just got off the phone with them and they can't send it until tuesday. so i canceled that order and i will just have the american guy replace it.
never, EVER, buy a product from american. they suck balls.
