Well, since I'm on a little updating spree.. I'll suppose I'll keep it going. By the way, I didn't just find out about Sash and Kym being pregnant. I was just waiting to post about it til they were a little further along. (Their due dates are in October and December...=)
So...My mom got married! She met this wonderful man named Richard in Hawaii over the internet and they started spending a lot of time together..and then he proposed and now they're married. They got married at a small ceremony on the naval base. Richard is a retired naval pilot. So I have a stepdad now! While they were dating I found out about a benefit in Hawaii that RVCA was holding and Matt Costa was playing. I thought it would be so perfect if they could see Matt together. My mom loves his music but had never seen him live. Only problem was it was "Invite only". So Anne suggested I email Matt's manager and see if he could get my mom in. Matt's manager was very nice and asked my mom's name so he could put her on the guest list and they got in(and met Matt). A couple days later, I go online to cobrasnake.com and there are pictures posted of my mom and her date in the crowd. My mom is on Cobrasnake! How crazy is that? Haha. Anyway. Richard really enjoyed the show and Matt's music. He's got good taste. hehe.
He also made a video of their wedding...which is the cutest thing and made me cry.. so I have to share it: (sorry its a little blurry.. he has elsewhere online but mac users can't view it on that site)
