ive been better, and ive been much much worse, so i guess i cant complain.
this past weekend was pretty fun... how could I beat going to panda house, diving into the snow at smithas house in my boxers, and catching her escaping dog after slipping on an icy road (at full speed mind you and still in my boxers) and nicely busting up my leg?...i couldnt. seeing that lovely, cute white puffball from hell sit snugly back on smithas rug was a feeling ill never forget. grr.
it attacked drew for like, 10 minutes though.. that was hillarious.
i get hurt way too much...only me...wow...im dumb. anyway
spring break. 2 weeks from today. time can't pass by quickly enough.
bored of playing my guitar...thats why im updating this... ive also been thinking too much lately. too much wasted time.
the 3rd quarter is comming to a close... wow, time is moving by wayy too quickly in the long run. it raises too many questions. prom? graduation? summer? whats going to happen? i dont feel as stable as i used to be. i have no clue what could happen in a week, in 2 weeks, in 2 months.. everything is so random. does anybody else feel like this? i mean, besides going to state, i have no clue about what lies in the future. im not sure if i like the feeling. its hard to explain... its like theres a bend in the road, and you cant see around it sort-of-a-thing... ive been lethargic...impartial to just about everything... i dont like that either.
this is becoming longer than i originally thought it would be.
it seems like skiing is comming to a close...sigh... hopefully can go up north one more time before everything closes...
track is starting soon... i think im going to be stuck throwing...trying to balance running and throwing practice is going to be too hard. besides, im a big goon. big goons belong either a) jumping over things, or b) throwing stuff... since my vertical leap is about a proud 4 inches (exaggeration) i think i have no choice but to throw.
poker is quickly becomming the thing to do on the weekends now at least one night every weekend is spent playing poker....and yes, it is fun... but for the most part it has gotten old. very old...
okay. im going to find something more productive to do. but what?? (insert inquisitive looking face here)
Mr. Meyer died yesterday, and that is very sad... i didnt have him as a teacher, but from the few times i talked with him, and the few times that i saw him, he always seemed like such an awesome guy.. ill never forget the first time i actually met him (all the kids in latin had talked about him, and i had yet to put a face to the legend)... its a fond memory, now that i look back on it, but at the time i was scared to death... it was the beginning of the 10th grade latin lock-in, and i accidentally forgot my guitar case in his room.. he yelled and told me "this is a VERY busy room right now! please! dont leave that here!" then his face turned from angry to kind and said "im sorry, im just a little stressed, theres a bunch of great food over at that table, go grab a bite to eat, tonights going to be a long haul"
i know, random, stupid story, but that was a very vivid memory...and i didnt know him that well... he just loved kids.
