I defend my thesis on Tuesday. That's right, I've done six and a half years of grad school and now it's time to get my PhD. Y'all can call me Doctor Freedryk now. In fact, I insist upon it. I don't want to insinuate that I'm better than you because I have a Ph.D. I want you to know I am better than you. I want it reflected in your speech. If we were Nipponese, I'd be Jordan-sensei. Or Jorudan-sensei I guess. Whatever. The point is I better be seeing some respect around here from now on, got it? Rick James desu, ama!
