The only good thing about the cold weather is that I was able to resurrect my nice fluffy black robe that goes down to my ankles. I've worn it all day. It's yummy.
Found out my grandmother in Florida has lung cancer. Can't say I wasn't expecting something bad, but lung cancer? And with my brother's 12 year anniversary being today (the 14th), and with my father having a bad doctor appointment, the mood around my house was pretty down.
But I played with Frodo, stayed in my robe all day. It was nice. I feel better. Talked to Eric for a while tonight, that was nice. We don't get to do much of that anymore. Stupid schedules. Yay for seeing him tomorrow.. I could use one of his reassuring hugs. They're sooo nice. I found some ideas for tomorrow too. Sorry, Josie Woods, but I don't think I can stand another Saturday wasted at you. I'm not letting my relationship go down the tube when I only get to see him once a week and spend all of that time at Josies. On a different note, I can't wait to hear his music, it sounds as if it's coming out nice.
Spent a good chunk of time talking to my medic friend Tim from Georgia. He might even plan a weekend up in New York with a couple friends. Yay! I might also go down and visit him while I'm in Florida. Have a couple more friends in Georgia that I haven't talked to in a while, could give them a call too.
Time for bed. But at least I have a sheet of paper with ideas for tomorrow. I rule.
P.S. Frodo is one of the best things to ever happen to me :)
