It just seems kind of pointless except as a plot device for Luke's scars.
[There was a toy Tauntaun in the early 80s, to go with the figures, and one version had a hatch in its belly so you could fit a figure into its belly.]
That's morbid and awesome, lol.
[Piett is cool. The actor, Kenneth Colley, did a great job. He intentionally made Piett relatable. I was sorry to see Piett die in ROTJ.]
His promotion scene is awesome and a tad creepy. I love how Darth Vader is giving Piett his orders while the CO is asphyxiating.
[I don’t think he’d fit in Yoda’s doorway. Look how small it is.]
I wonder how Luke fit... that's a funny mental image. "Think small, you must."
[I doubt Lucas viewed the jedi order as having failed as such back then.]
What, you didn't hear? GL had all six movies planned out from the beginning. :P
