Standing at about five foot one (5’1), Cissnei is indeed small and petite for her age, but don’t let that fool you-She can take down a man twice her size weaponless if there was a need for it. It’s very hard to figure out her age from just looking at her, because while she is smaller than most people, Cissnei acts extremely mature and decades older than her real and at this time unknown age, the training as a Turk giving her these things. She shows up in her Turk uniform, which while rather simple, marks one out in Midgar and all across Gaia as a warning label-Turks are dangerous, and people would rather cross the street than continue on in the same direction of someone wearing the suit. With the main color of her clothing being black, all the way to her fingerless gloves on her hands, Cissnei’s hair and hazel to the point of gold eyes seem to stand out the most.
Personality:
A woman who has worked all her life, Cissnei tends to be portrayed as serious and hard-working, willing to accept almost any and all orders given to her by superiors. She’s efficient in her work, quick to act with or without direction. Years and years of combat training in hand-to-hand, Gunplay, and in her shuriken make her dangerous, despite her small and slim figure. She has a loyalty to ShinRa and the Turks that is unmatched, and won’t hesitate to take measures against those who hurt her Turk ‘family.’ She is also, to those who manage to get close enough, friendly and caring in her own way. She likes to tease, offhanded comments are the way she shows she likes people, since she has learned that outright emotions are dangerous to show and can be used against a person.
History:
Left in a orphanage after she was born, Cissnei was ‘scouted’ for the ShinRa orphan program when she was about four and a half years old. Knowing even at such a young age the disadvantages of growing up the way she was now, the child signed her name on the dotted line and consequently bound herself to a lifelong service to the Power Company. She attended the Academy until she was six, scouted by a Turk only known as “Legendary” and brought to Midgar for the first time. There she was Introduced to those would become her mentors and comrades over the years.
Because of her young age, she couldn’t exactly go on ‘missions’, as much as she fought about it with the Director, Veld, who eventually took her on to teach her the trade secrets about the Turk way. When the girl wasn’t training her body under Legendary or mind under Veld, she often was placed to guard the President’s son. This continued for several years, until she was finally inducted into the Turks at the age of 12-Two years below the minimum age of SOLDIER recruits. This gave her the freedom to actually start going on patrols and other low-risk missions, expanding her skills in other various areas such as dealing with Civilians. As time passed, other Turks came and went, Relations with Wutai grew tense… The people became disgruntled with the way ShinRa was run. As a Turk, it’s her duty to protect the Interests of ShinRa, erase any signs of misconduct, protect the president and his family. To these things, her life and well-being come second.
