It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...
I love this time of year. Softly falling snow, but it's not really COLD yet (and you don't know cold until you have felt 20-below windchill weather and colder...). Christmas music playing, twinkling lights on all the houses... Cuddling and hot cocoa...
Yup, definitely my favorite time of year.
Now if school was just over, it would be perfect. Oh well, one more week. I'll survive. I have my final papers/projects due on Wednesday and Thursday, and I haven't even started most of them yet. Oops. I'm at work right now (I know, I know... I worked every day this holiday weekend, for a few hours anyway...), and once I get home I'll need to jump into my homework with both feet.
Got a cute picture of a squirrel eating corn today. He was hanging from the trunk of a tree by his little hind paws, and using his front paws to eat, and it was SO cute, but by the time I got my camera he'd moved. Darn. Guess I'll just have to keep my camera on my person at all times.
I froze the stupid system I work with here up again... I did this yesterday and locked myself out of the batch I was working on, and now I looks like I'll have to force a shut down again and lock myself out again. Shoot shoot shoot. >.<
Oh well.... Maybe I'll wander over to the window for a while and watch the snow, and when I get back MAYBE my system will have pushed through...
