Why isn't everyone in love with everyone else? Love is infinite, right? We're all overflowing with it, eager to spill it out on everyone. It's ridiculous to think that our own love is reserved for a small handful of people. I look around at all of the people I know and think about who they are and what they are and the way they laugh and move and talk and think, and I don't know why everyone is not in love with them. I think I'm a little bit in love with almost everyone I know, actually. Some more than others, of course, when some random chance causes our hearts to catch, but really - it's hard to think what would make one person more lovable than another. I don't understand why it happens.

I'm madly in love with several people, probably. People of both genders, and people I barely know, and people I've known forever.

We're all so human, and alive, and beautiful. How can we all not be in love?
