Some of you may remember me complaining towards the end of last year about how inefficient the Red Cross was and how I was rather annoyed at them that it took months for them to finally tell me that they weren't going to send me to Lousiana. Well, they've actually outdone that. Today I got my certificate stating that I completed Family Services and Emergency Assistance training. It only took them eight months to figure out that I completed their training course.
