I was exploring the grocery market scene of irvin/tustin area of California and have stumbled upon a place called Henry's Farmers market. The first thing that i noticed is that it resembled the Sprouts chain the mrs. and i frequented quite a bit in Phoenix, so I asked the nearest employee about it and if there was a connections of sorts, as the layout seemed too much a coincidence. After he assured me that the chain of Henry's is indeed under the same parent company that owned sprouts a smile came to my face. I found that extremely cool as I was just wondering if I was ever going to find a decent place to find veggies and such in this entire (expensive) town. These days, saving money seems to be the name of the game. I mean, I know I was a bit of a penny pincher before, but I think I didn't fully realize the truth of the great state of California until Cindi told me of a shirt she found in a shop in Irvine sporting an interesting quote... "California.. (and then below it) you can't afford it".

Funny and true at the same time, sadly.
