Yup, in case you hadn't noticed, I wasn't at school today, (along with most of the other juniors and seniors who passed the FCAT). School was supposed to start at 11:59 today and I was going to go, but then I changed my mind in the morning because I was just too darn tired. I've had grueling rehearsals all weekend and fundraisers and volunteering for those kids on Saturday. I like volunteering for that class, but I can't wait until their showcase so that I can HAVE MY SATURDAY AFTERNOONS FREE! So I've had a hectic weekend that wasn't a weekend according to Websters Dictionary. And that's why I didn't go to school today, I really needed a day off. But tomorrow is the same schedule for juniors and seniors and I will go to school tomorrow because I won't skip two days. I'll try and call Erin tomorrow morning to see if she wants to eat breakfast before school. Hopefully I'll get to have pancakes =)
Anyway...everyone come and see Annie Get Your Gun. We've put in a LOT of work into the show and I think it's great. Even though Emily (ICK!!!) is playing Winnie, you should still come and see it because I'm in it and because it's just a great show. So....
Come see Annie Get Your Gun at the Sugden Community Theater!
On its legendary opening, Western sharpshooter Annie Oakley and tent-show heartthrob Frank Butler moved forever into musical theatre history: Its recent revival earned a Tony Award, and one critic reminded us that this is the "most enchanting and distinguished complete score that Irving Berlin ever wrote." It includes numbers like "Anything You Can Do," "Doin' What Comes Naturally" and "There's No Business Like Show Business." This is "classic Broadway musical theatre at its best." - Talkin' Broadway.
