one color: The majority of the icon must be the same icon.

I take it this means several shades of one colour? (since my mind just slipped tp negative space and confused me...)

Lol, yes that is what I mean. So the majority of the icon should be some sort of blue if you pick the color blue. Thanks for catching that!
