I'll be gone again for another 2-3 weeks, though,
as at 3pm on Wednesday I board a train for Tucson.
I will be going to Sacramento, San Francisco and
Los Angeles from there by car.
Anyway... Wygle and I are playing on Tuesday
night "duo" style, so mayhaps some of you will
come out to see that, or just see us personally
and watch the excellent Flatbed Honeymoon
and Dock Ellis Band.
Hope everyone had nice holidays and stuff...
PA has been great, though snowy and cold.
Best,
Fred

http://www.myspace.com/fredweaver Dock Ellis Band features Ryan Adams on drums,
but not Bryan Adams on dulcimer, whom we
can assume was left behind in their native St. Louis.
Flatbed Honeymoon run the gamut from classic
Townes Van Zant style country narratives to
Fleetwood Mac-esque spacious folk-pop, all
excellently played and written.
The oddball modernists of the show, Wygle and
Weaver will be playing "duo" for this show,
attempting and failing to conform to the
acoustic-oriented theme of the evening.
