Dress from Saechsisches Stammbuch

My next clothing project for myself will be a dress from the Saechsisches Stammbuch (1500-1540).  Here are the images I am looking at:

V-neck dress with front lacing.  It is unclear in this image how far down the lacing goes, but based on other images it is probably below the waist.

I have wool in a variety of colors.  I do think a gold band on the bottom would be nice, but otherwise I haven't chosen the dress color.
