Philcon was a Wash this year....

Gail and I did not get to Philcon this year, sadly, leaving some people to wonder "where were they?"
We were both sick last week with upper respiratory infections. Gail was worse than I was, and tried to nudge me to go alone. I told her, "no, not as long as you are sick in bed...I'll be worrying about you..."
So, Gail was home sick and sleeping and being drowsy, and I was waiting on her and taking care of her because I just could not go down to Jersey and worry about her all day nor leave her alone like that in good conscience.
We are making plans to get to I-Con and maybe something in Boston next year so we can catch up to a lot of our friends we missed this winter. Until then, hunkering down to enjoy Thanksgiving....
