SO Close...Yet So Far....
Well, my Bar Results arrived in the mail today. I needed a 272 to pass and I got a 247. A few more points on my MBE and about ten more points on my essays would have done it.
The reapplication fee is only $250 until April 30 for July, and Gail is encouraging me to try again. I think I'll do it, which means when I start studying again, I know I'll have to concentrate on Torts, Criminal Law and Real Property for the MBE, which were my weakest subjects. I did very well on Constitutional Law, Contracts, and Evidence on the MBE, which suprised me. Had I done as well on the other subjects, would've pushed me over the top.
