You are such a tiny little sushi shop (yes you are), that I often feel amusedly paternalistic about you, assuming people must pass you by without seeing you all the time. (In fact, your Yelp patrons agree!) It's kind of a gross corner, too - the buildings are grimier than many other blocks, and now that the Payless has gone, the big empty space there makes it look all the more rundown. But you keep hanging in there!
Anyway, I think it's great that you decided to decorate the place for Hallowe'en! A lot of places don't decorate for, like, anything, and I think this one is a good choice - it's not a religious holiday, so it's less likely to offend than others. I think it's a fun, silly one, and I love it when local establishments get in the theme.
But perhaps the sign above the entrance door reading "DO NOT ENTER: CONTAMINATED AREA" wasn't the best call. Although I see you got a good health grade, which might help reassure the unwary.
