#firstworldproblems - I have been on the phone all morning with the MetroCard people because my MetroCard isn't working. It's one of those automatically-refilling ones, and of course it just refilled, and also of course I have no idea what the account number is as the damned thing is 2 years old. Sigh. They won't deal with me because I don't have this information.
