My seven or so days home were decent-- Andy and I decided to give our best shot at going on a bender...
...about three hours (and an ungodly amount of liquor and beer) into which Andy decided that if we didn't have time to finish the two 24oz bottles of pale ale we had bought before the movie we're were going to see began, well then we should smash them together. Clearly.
And this is how Andy broke my middle finger.
Besides that, I put new deep-drop bars on my bike, and added track racing-certified pedals with toe clips, as well as a new crank...all of which probably means absolutely nothing to the majority of the people who actually read this...But basically, it means I just paid a whole bunch of money to require learning how to ride my bike in a COMPLETELY different manner than before. Seriously-- it's goddamn scary. Kind of a stupid idea...but now Holly is very pretty and about 2/3 to where I want her to be in terms of sheer style!
And enough of being a bike nerd.
Besides all of that, I'm planning on flying out of LAX as soon as I return from this Three week seattle job. SO, I *should* be back on the ast coast by the 19th of December, and flying out by January 4th or so. So, I have a lot of people to see and kiss and stay up late and drink with...
So yeah, let's get on that?
