I've never seen the student population jump so rapidly! I mean, I guess I've only been here a few years, but... I guess this transfer student thing was really popular with the other schools. Has anyone from here even gone to Capcom or SquareEnix yet ( Read more... )

[Jeff gets a little video alert and is greeted by this face.]

Maybe you can explain it to me. Capcom had it's share of oddities, but just walking around the campus, I can tell... this school is in a league of it's own. Any particular reason you know of?

[Whoa. Jeff's video feed flickers on automatically in response, though he looks a little unprepared for it. He hurriedly smooths his hair down with one hand (he was too busy to brush it today, okay?!) and clears his throat.]

I-- I'm not sure it's something that can be explained. Believe me, I've tried. Uh... [He nervously pushes his glasses up.] I think that maybe... I-I mean, we've got gods and great magicians and psychics all in the same place, along with technology that has probably created time paradoxes more than once. All that in one place... It makes crazy stuff happen all the time.

But, uh. As for why all these types of people end up here of all places, I have no idea.

I'm used to being surrounded by people with all kinds of odd powers. But this is a whole school... Suppose I'm just lucky to end up here. And if the building's still standing...

Oh... no, I'm from Winters. In Foggyland. But I've heard a lot of our landmarks are really similar to the UK, along with similar accents...

[Nervous laugh.]

Magic school... No, I didn't attend school before Capcom. I work with the Army.

... Are you talking about Hogwarts?

I haven't, not that I know of, anyway... Wouldn't it be cool, though! Maybe next we'll open up transfers there.
