This year I had the help of my husband on setting these goals. I would agree that they are probably the cause of at least 60% of the stress in my life.
1. Don't procrastinate and wait to the last minute
2. Clean up after myself
Here's one that doesn't need any assistance from anyone else to identify as this has always been a constant project for me.
3. Be kinder and more forgiving of myself and others
These resolutions have been an on going goal as evidenced from previous attempts. Here's to hoping for some progress this year.
