Facebook started it
and now it has loomed into something bigger.. an examination of oneself to say the least.
How does a self proclaimed loner balance the delicate art of being true to oneself and giving in to globally accepted social networks to be considerate of someone else.
By first entertaining the idea of being considerate and then doing an about face and changing all security settings so that no one can see or find me. This is short of deleting myself from Facebook which I've considered as well. (Why even have an account? Because it initially was a novel idea until I realized that I'm an isolationist at heart.)
I curse the thing that is Facebook.
