I need help. I have been looking around wc for Welcome bags for Out of Town visitors for the hotel rooms. Can you ladies help me find some ideas, or photos....

or just ideas of what to put in them?

My friend is doing welcome bags for out of town guests for her wedding in 2 weeks.

We did welcome bags for our out-of-town guests, too. I bought plain white gift bags then went to myownlables.com and had labels made with our monogram and wedding date. They looked similar to these: http://www.myownlabels.com/ML317.asp?StyleId=50&ShapeId=173&Shape=... )

Forgot to add: Jason's sister did something similar and she also included a really good bean soup mix that was put in mason jars.

We bought gift bags from http://www.papermart.com . They were a good deal. I went to the chamber of commerce in Ann Arbor (it's one block behind Main...) and got maps to put in the bags. We also did a welcome card with an itinerary of the weekend a note from us, let me know if you want me to send that to you.

Other than that we put in two bottles of water and lots of snacks. My mom went to Sam's club and got candy, gum, cheese/crackers, cookies, etc. There was a lot of stuff in there.

Ours were pretty cute if I do say so myself:

We stuffed them with: bottled water, snack mix, gum, Twizzlers, homemade chocolate chip cookies, a map of downtown Minneapolis and a list of things to do and our favorite restaurants and bars. Our guests were so appreciative!
