No I'm not dead!!! Again! lol
So lots have been going on. Sorry I haven't been on LJ much, but I have grown addicted to FaceBook! Look me up if you have it!
So me and Chris have been looking for houses and we found one. We made an offer on it yesterday, and if everything goes right we'll have it in 40 days or so! It is a short sale, but our Realitor dug up everything on this house and called the bank about it and they approved the price it was set at. So cheaper for us and they're paying the closing costs!
It's in West Jordan, over 2,200 square feet, 3 bedrooms, two family rooms, great kitchen, .18 acres. The back yard needs work but that is what brothers are for!!! It's three levels with a huge garage!!!! So awesome!!!! I can't wait to paint it! The only thing wrong with it is it needs a tennis ball sized hole fixed, a couple of doors are shabby and need replacing, and the gate to the back yard needs to be fixed! That's all that is wrong with this house! Well that and the fact that I need to bug raid the back yard too. But amazing!!!! I hope nobody screws it up for us...lol. A lot can go wrong with Short Sales.
On another note, I have given up hard liquer. It's not worth the heartache and the headaches. So wine and cream liquers for me!!!! I like them better anyway!
